Welcome to Capstone Vision Foster Care, an organisation whose mission is to provide safe and nurturing foster homes to children and young people who for whatever reason come into the care of Local Authorities. Vision enables children and young people to rebuild their lives.

Having worked in the front line of child protection for a number of years, Amar Dhull (Founder) became aware of the desperate need for more foster families to provide homes for children coming into the care system. In 2002 Amar set up Vision Fostering Agency to help address this deficit. Since then Vision has recruited and trained over 200 foster carers and fostered over 1000 children.  Click Here for Carer Testimonials section.  Vision has been inspected six times scoring 'Good' or 'Outstanding' every time. Vision has forged excellent links with a number of Local Authorities in London and the South East who trust us to provide quality foster care placements.

In 2007 Amar met with Richard and Simon from Capstone Foster Care (www.capstonefostercare.co.uk) and they found that they had similar views and ambitions about how to develop innovative fostering services in the south of England.  Following these discussions, Vision joined the Capstone group in 2008 and has been renamed Capstone Vision.  This link has enabled Capstone Vision to share skills and experience with other offices in the Capstone group and to launch its own accelerated expansion programme.
